As the founder and director of Global Baptist Training Foundation, Bruce sees GBTF as the fulfillment of many years of ministry which includes church planting, leading churches, and Christian Education. Bruce holds a Ph.D in Historical Theology from the University of Bristol:UK, is the author of three books, and is presently writing a third about this present ministry of training indigenous pastors. His autobiography, “All the Way Home” tells the incredible story of God’s amazing grace in his life. He loves the rigor of training nationals and also the respites of loving his wife, children, and grandchildren when home from the field.

Grace Snavely
Grace Snavely has been a ministry wife, educator, and is a partner in the foundation. Grace holds a Master of Education degree from Liberty University, and has completed significant additional graduate work in Medieval English Studies at Harvard University. Grace is an accomplished Bible Teacher, teaches woman’s classrooms through GBTF, and conducts a local Bible Study when stateside. She loves her children, revels in spending time with her eleven grandchildren, and enjoys spending time near the ocean.
Global Baptist Training Foundation enjoys the participation of several other academically and spiritually qualified instructors who also conduct travelling courses for the foundation.
